If I’m going to work at improving my health, then exercise is a necessity. I’ve said it before: I’m not looking for a supermodel body, but I personally would like to shed a few pounds, build my core muscles and strength. I work with my dog on his core exercises, I guess it’s about time I started a few for myself. Here you will find some of my favorite home workout exercises and maybe a tip or two on how to work out with your dog!
